Black Size 5 (#5) invisible / concealed zip, designed for projects that require extra strength while maintaining a clean, professional finish.

These heavy duty Size 5 invisible zips feature a stronger 5mm coil (standard invisible zips use a 3mm coil), making them ideal for garments where durability is important, such as wedding dresses, bridal wear, and fitted or structured designs.

Each zip is supplied with a matching painted teardrop auto-lock slider, attached to invisible woven tape, with a closed end.

Yes. When sewn correctly using an invisible zip foot, the zip coil sits neatly within the seam allowance, giving a clean, concealed finish

If you require a longer length, we recommend using Size 5 invisible continuous zip tape, which allows you to cut custom lengths and attach sliders as needed. This is especially useful for longer garments or multiple projects.

For best results, we recommend using an invisible zip foot. This allows the needle to stitch close to the coil while keeping the zip concealed in the seam.
