We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Any temporary changes to our dispatch schedule will be shown in the announcement bar at the top of the website.
As a general rule, orders placed before 12 noon are usually dispatched the same day.
UK Shipping
Royal Mail 48 Tracked – flat rate up to £3.99 per order
This is the maximum postage charge for UK customers. You can upgrade your delivery method at checkout if you prefer a faster service.
Smaller items (such as zippers)

Economy Untracked (up to 10 working days) from £1.75 for small orders (e.g., around 15 zips)

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all UK orders over £50.
Want it faster? You can upgrade your free delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for just £2. Simply select the upgrade in your basket before checkout.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next working day delivery after dispatch, but this is not a guaranteed next-day service.
Overseas Shipping
We are no longer able to ship internationally.
As a small business, the increasing complexity of import regulations and tax requirements in each country has made overseas shipping no longer viable for us.
