Refund policy

Returns
We offer 30 days return. If you are outside this returns period please contact us to discuss.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non returnable. You are responsible for the postage cost of returning the product. Once returned, you will be refunded in full.

Please contact us in the first instance, to authorise the return.

Damaged/Faulty Goods.

Should your order not reach you in perfect condition, in the first instance please contact us directly. If the goods need to be returned then you will be repaid the cost of shipping back to us along with the total cost of your product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected and as long as it is in new condition then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 working day.
